Pamela LaFosse is the General Manager of Administration at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County.  Pamela oversees all areas of Administration within the company and works closely with each department to improve and streamline processes and procedures. Alfredo Garcia, Director of Business Development

Alfredo Garcia is the Director of Business Development at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Alfredo has been with SERVPRO for over seven years. Alfredo is Water Damage Restoration certified through the IICRC. Alfredo attended Young Harris College and West Georgia College where he studied Marketing. On weekends, Alfredo enjoys spending time with his donkey named Penny and his 3 goats, as well as fishing and visiting the North Georgia Mountains.

Luke Goddard, Director of Strategic Growth & Brand Ambassador

Luke Goddard is the Director of Strategic Growth & Brand Ambassador at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Luke is a seasoned sales leader with a strong network of relationships formed over the course of 13 years in sales and leadership within the restoration industry. While residing in Macon, GA, Luke was most recently VP of Sales and Operations at ReNew, a textiles and electronics restoration company. Luke led his team to achieving historical success with the company, exceeding previous company revenue records. Over the past decade, Luke has had the opportunity to work with SERVPROs, throughout the Southeast, and he believes SERVPRO to be the premier industry leader in restoration. Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids and watching Georgia football, Atlanta Braves baseball, and golf.

Patrick Hasty, Water Production Manager

Patrick Hasty is the Water Production Manager at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Patrick has been with SERVPRO for over 5 years. Taylor Sorensen is theFire Production Manager  at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Taylor has been with SERVPRO for over 6 years; he started as a water technician in 2016 and has been promoted throughout the organization. Taylor’s certifications include Water Damage Restoration as well as Fire and Smoke Restoration through the IICRC. Taylor enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid golfer, and hunter.

Jeff Kinney, Contents Production Manager

Jeff manages all pack outs, move outs and move backs of contents for SERVPRO. Jeff has been with SERVPRO for over 3 years. Jeff’s certifications include Water Damage Restoration as well as Applied Microbial Remediation Technician through the IICRC. Jeff is also certified as an Asbestos AHERA Building Inspector. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and watching his kids’ sporting events.

Mark Brown, Mold Remediation and Asbestos Abatement Project Manager

Mark Brown is the Mold Remediation and Asbestos Abatement Project Manager at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Mark has been with SERVPRO for over 9 years. Mark’s certifications include Water Damage Restoration as well as Applied Microbial Remediation Technician through the IICRC. Mark is also certified as an Asbestos AHERA Building Inspector. Mark is married with 2 children, ages 12 and 14. Mark also enjoys playing music, reading, and sports.

Zach Bullman, Assistant Water Production Manager

Zach is the AssistantWater Production Manager at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Zach also is an integral member of our Storm Response Team, traveling to multiple disaster recovery events. Zach has been with SERVPRO for over 6 years. Zach’s certifications include Water Damage Restoration through the IICRC, as well as being an Asbestos AHERA Building Inspector.

Our Water Production Team uses advanced water damage inspection and extraction equipment to quickly find the moisture and remove it as quickly as possible, while monitoring and documenting the drying process throughout.

Our Fire/Contents Production Team conducts pack-outs, pack-backs, contents cleaning, duct cleaning, and fire damage clean up. 

All of these highly-trained individuals have been taught the proper skills and knowledge to ensure that our customers are taken care of the right way.

Travis Thomas, Reconstruction Division Manager

Travis Thomas is the Reconstruction Division Manager at SERVPRO of Henry, Spalding & Butts Counties, Decatur, and Clayton County. Travis leads a team of Estimators, Project Managers and Office Staff. Travis’s focus is providing excellent customer service and quality reconstruction, in a timely manner, ultimately leading to a satisfied customer. Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife Courtney and their daughters Caroline, Emily, and Mary Georgia. Travis also enjoys spending time with friends, hunting, fishing, and watching the Georgia Bulldogs.

Our Reconstruction Division is responsible for repairing and re-building what our Mitigation Department has torn down, following a fire or water loss. 

Our highly trained professionals will oversee your project from start to finish. We offer all services needed to rebuild and repair after a water or fire loss. This includes inspection and estimating, mitigation, restoration and reconstruction.
